Blue and White Rose Cake


A sister ordered this blue and white rose cake for her brother to take to Liberia. Being Guyanese, she ordered black cake (caribbean rum cake).

    Too bad I could never swallow black cake.
    Maybe the smell of rum is too strong and I could never get it in my mouth. lol

    Thanks for the compliment about the cake. You haven't had my mom's back cake. Trust me it's a different experience. The rum isn't overpowering and the cake is moist.
